Registration Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be received, in writing, via email or fax no later than October 10, 2016, and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. After this date, all registrations — including “no-shows” — are subject to the full registration fee. No refunds will be given after October 10, 2016. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
