Registration cancellation requests must be received in writing via email, fax, or mail no later than October 16, 2013, and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. After this date, all registrations — including “no-shows” — are subject to the full registration fee. No refunds will be given after October 16, 2013. Refunds will be processed within four weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
