Approvals / Acceptance
All “Primary Presenters” and “co-presenters” must receive permission from their employer to present at any OAUG conference. All accepted presenters will be required to submit both a white paper and presentation slides of their accepted presentation. If the deadline for submission of this critical data is not met, OAUG reserves the right to cancel the presentation and replace with a new session and presenter. OAUG conference policy states that a presenter may only be accepted to deliver a maximum of two white papers (though a presenter may submit as many session topics as they wish during the OAUG open call for papers).
